Eligibility for Refund

Non-Refundable Items

You will need to package the product securely and ship it to the address provided by our team.

Once received and inspected, we’ll initiate the refund.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund

Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment (Bank Transfer, Mobile Wallet, Card, etc.).

Depending on your payment provider, it may take 7–14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Refund for Orders Not Delivered

If your order is not delivered due to reasons within our control (e.g., lost in transit, courier error), you are entitled to a full refund or a replacement, whichever you prefer.

Partial Refunds
